Whether you're welcoming our customers at reception, briefing & marshalling the laser games or hosting parties, you'll be creating exciting and lively experiences that our customers will never forget.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to, ensuring the safety of everyone in the premises.
• Welcoming customers at reception, managing the booking system and taking calls.
• Briefing and marshalling the laser tag games.
• Hosting parties.
• Preparing food in the kitchen.
• Cleaning/tidying.

All roles require that employees must be able to recognise and deal with emergency situations, including staying calm under pressure. They must be able to work with flashing lights eg. strobe lighting, artificial smoke, a labyrinth/maze like environment, steep gradient ramps and walkways, low level lighting and recognise various alerts and alarms.
